The boundary testing exercise was such a useful exercise in articulating boundaries with care and learning how to behave when the signals are mixed Ellinor creates a container that feels both safe and genuinely alive. The group setting brought its own beautiful energy, and her ability to hold that with steadiness and care was evident throughout.

The boundary testing exercise was one of the most practically useful things I’ve experienced in a tantra space. It gave language and form to something that often goes unspoken: how to articulate a boundary with care, how to read mixed signals, and how to create safety for both people in the dynamic. Rare and valuable.

The solo dancing to open was a simple but effective way to arrive in the body before anything else, and the flow and container exercise offered a genuinely surprising insight: how often I move without considering the space I’m in, and what shifts when I do. It made me see the difference between trusting my own impulse and trusting the relational field we’re both inside.

Ellinor’s workshops have a way of making the subtle visible. If you’re looking to explore tantra in a setting that’s thoughtful, embodied, and held with real skill, I’d recommend her without hesitation. Ellinor is such a heart centred, beautiful and safe energy. I’d attend anything Ellie creates, honestly!!”
