Private Sessions:
Private Cacao Ceremony (1.5 hour session).
This ceremony can be booked as a private 1:1 or a couple session.
Enter a calm, cosy space where you can come as you are, with nothing to do, and be gently guided and held in loving presence. Think of it as a spa day for your soul, a space for you to truly slow down, breathe and connect deeply with whatever is alive for you in the moment.
With a warming and delicious cup of ceremonial cacao, you will be invited to connect with this gentle but powerful plant/heart medicine. You will be guided through a meditation journey with focus on deeply grounding yourself, resting and re-setting your nervous system.
Each session can be adjusted to your particular need and intention. I will reach out to you prior to the session to discuss what would best support you, to make sure this will be as nourishing to you as possible.
Examples of optional structures/themes:
• Receive some gentle touch with an intention to help you ground and feel into your body, where all emotions are welcome. This is an opportunity for you to simply relax into receiving and allowing what needs to move through you, move through you.
• Energy work. Similar to the above, without direct, physical touch.
• Connect with your partner (or close friend). Eye gazing, sharing and exploring curious, playful, energetic touch with each other.

Tantric Connection: Couples Session (2 hours).
This is a tantric exploration created uniquely for couples. This is for you if you want to:
• Honour and explore your relationship
• Deepen the connection with your partner
• Increase attraction for one another
• Learn how to communicate better
• Build more presence and trust with one another
Before the session, we will have a free consultation call to discuss your intentions and answer any questions you may have. I will then prepare the session to suit your unique needs.

Ellinor has a beautiful, open and generous energy. Her heart opening cacao ceremony was carefully curated and every detail had been considered.
The ceremonial cacao was delicious and I immediately felt my heart open and I dropped into my body which primed me wonderfully for the rest of the ceremony.
The soul retrieval meditation was very powerful and Ellinor really guided us through that step by step. It was such an amazing, safe space and it was so easy to share afterwards. She even baked the most amazing apple crumble!
